Breath In Buddhist Meditation What is the role of breath and breath awareness in Buddhist practice? What can be learned about the various Buddhist meditation traditions by studying their perspectives on breath?  This study looks at a range of teachings on breath, spanning India, China, Japan, and the U.S., to explore the broad landscape of Buddhist approaches to meditation. In the process we study our affinities, aversions, and intentions around breath awareness in our own meditation and life practice. A 6-part class series, and a few talks, offered in 2008 at Green Gulch Farm.
